1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Orders placed after 2 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received and another when it has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
• We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options within the United States.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

3. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
