Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns (Physical Products)
Eligibility for Return:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Sale or clearance items
• Used or worn gear (unless defective)
Return Process:

Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Sunshine State Scuba LLC is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
2. Exchanges
• We accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of purchase.
• Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

3. Refunds (Products)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are inspected and approved.
• Refund processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• If the return is due to a defective product or fulfillment error, we will cover shipping and issue a full refund.
4. Refunds (Services: Classes, Guided Dives, Courses)
Cancellations by the Participant:
• 14+ days before the scheduled service: Full refund (minus non-refundable deposit, if applicable)
• 7–13 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund
Missed sessions due to late arrival, illness (without a doctor’s note), or failure to meet health/safety requirements are non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Company:
• If we cancel due to weather, instructor availability, or other unforeseen reasons, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session.
5. Store Credit Option
In some cases, especially for late cancellations or non-refundable bookings, we may offer store credit for future use at our discretion.
