What is your cancellation policy for booked dives and courses?We offer a full refund for cancellations made with at least 30 days' notice or if we cancel the dive or course. For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, we provide a credit that can be used for future bookings.

How long does the certification last?Once you are certified, your certification is typically valid for life. However, it's recommended to refresh your skills if you haven't been diving for an extended period.

Can I dive if I wear glasses?Yes, you can dive with glasses. You may be able to wear glasses under your mask depending on the mask, or use contact lenses. Prescription Dive Masks can also be ordered.

What equipment is included in the dive package?All necessary diving equipment is included in our dive packages. This includes masks, fins, snorkels, wetsuits, BCDs, regulators, tanks, and weights. We bring everything to you either at the dive site or deliver it to your specified location and time, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

How long does the certification process take?The process can take 3-5 days, including classroom sessions, pool dives, and open water dives.

What personal items should I bring for my dive?You don't need to bring any diving equipment. Just bring your bathing suit, a towel, some water, and snacks if you desire. We'll take care of everything else, ensuring you have a stress-free and enjoyable diving experience.
